Having been involved in the busy corporate world myself over 16 years I find true joy and inspiration through helping real working women like YOU take control back of their health so you can feel more confident, look good naked and crush any challenge that comes your way!

By combining my years in a sedentary, high stress office job, with my new found health and fitness training and their proven strategies for success, I firmly believe I have the insider know-how on how to truly balance your life even if you think you have no time…

About the Training

We offer sessions that cater to your schedule so feel free to book any time or day of the week.  We specialize in specifically designed circuit training workouts consisting of a combination of body weight exercises, cardio and resistance training.

Our goal is to keep you on track and achieving results!  Our system promotes healthy weight loss and gradually increases muscles tone by using all the main muscle groups.

We also specialize in Yoga to add a unique component either as a solo practice to be added to your program, or end of your workout.  We teach to help combine an even flow and find the balance of mind, body and spirit.

Jills Fit philosophy is about more than looking good.  It’s about empowering yourself and feeling good both on the inside and out.  Finding the balance within!  It’s about knowing how beautiful you really are and having the courage to start believing it! It’s about creating a lasting lifestyle change and habit within yourself.  Opening you up to a life long path to a healthier you in all aspects!  My goal is to get you to change your life and stick to it!
